- Build and evaluate LLM-powered features grounded in users' own content.
- Design prompts, pipelines, and retrieval that stay accurate and fast.
- Measure quality rigorously and iterate toward it.
- Partner with product and engineering to ship AI that actually helps.

- Strong Python and/or TypeScript.
